Manufacturing Terms and Conditions

1. Order Number or Reference Number must be provided in writing prior to manufacture.
2. 3 Working days turn around on all orders.
3. Orders must be faxed, emailed, posted or presented. No order or measurement will be taken over the phone.
4. On receipt of your order number, KG Insulations/Manufacturing forms a contract sale with you the customer.
5. All major credit cards accepted.
6. Payment on collection of goods
7. No refunds given on goods made as per your order.
8. All goods to be collected - collections between

• 8am - 4.30pm, Monday - Thursday
• 8am - 3.30pm Friday
• Closed Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays
